NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CONTROL
OF A BANK HOLDING COMPANY
Austin Family Trust B (Jeff Austin, Jr., as trustee), and JML Trust (Mary Margaret Austin, as trustee), both of Jacksonville, Texas, and LAPA Trust (Carole Leigh Austin Mattson, as trustee), of Georgetown, Texas, intend to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to acquire shares of Austin Bancorp, Inc., Jacksonville, Texas. Austin Bancorp, Inc. controls Austin Bank, Texas National Association, Jacksonville, Texas. All are to join the Austin/Chapman Family Group, a group acting in concert. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.
You are invited to submit comments in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, P.O. Box 655906, Dallas, Texas 75265-5906 or via email to comments.applications@dal. frb.org. The comment period will not end before July 7, 2026, and may be somewhat longer. The Board?s procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262.25.
