The City of Jacksonville will accept sealed bids for Group Medical Insurance until 10:00 am CST July 22nd via email sent to sealedbids@brinsonbenefits.com. Detailed bid specifications may be obtained from the Analyst, 214-379-5144. The title of the email should include "City of Jacksonville Bid: Group Medical Insurance - RFP #10-1-2026". Any bids received after the time and date stated above, regardless of the mode of delivery, will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any & all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to negotiate and accept any bid, which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City.
